Police have identified the victim of an incident being investigated as a homicide.
On Jan. 30, Painesville police responded to a home in the 400 block of Chardon Street to investigate the death of the upstairs tenant, 68-year-old Robert Moore.
Detectives are investigating the incident as a homicide, but the manner and cause of death are yet to be determined. Officials are waiting for the results from the autopsy and toxicology reports from the Coroner's Office.
