A 30-year-old Madison Township man has been ordered not to use the Internet after he was found in possession of child pornography.
Addison Fasula, of Val Anne Court, was charged Thursday with pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor, a third-degree felony, due to Fasula have a prior conviction of a similar offense.
Authorities said the arrest was the culmination of a three month long investigation.
Fasula was released on a $50,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court at 10 a.m. on June 13.
