The route will be Rt. 91 to U.S. 20 to Kirtland Road to Rt. 306 to Rt. 6 to All Souls Cemetery.
A memorial fund to benefit Gresko's family is being set up at Huntington Bank.
Gresko was driving down Harmony Lane around 9:30 p.m. with his emergency lights on when a pickup truck pulled out in front of him. Authorities believe Gresko swerved to avoid hitting the truck when he went off the road and struck a tree.
Emergency crews quickly responded and took Gresko to a nearby hospital where he later died.
Gresko, 32, had been a part-time officer with the Willoughby Police Department since 2003. He was also a full-time officer with Cleveland Clinic Police Department.
Gresko is survived by his wife and 2-year-old daughter.
