A community came together Saturday night to support five children who lost their parents to a murder suicide in March.
Stephen and Kristi Bice were found dead in their Hudson home in March. Saturday night, friends and family hosted a fundraiser at the VFW Post 3863 on Vine Street in Eastlake for the children left behind.
One of the children is autistic. "Their older brother is taking care of them with his wife," said Kellie Fleming who is a friend of the family.
The family dog was also injured. Friends said the dog is recovering.
