EASTLAKE, Ohio - Eastlake police responded to Walmart for two shoplifters Thursday and ended up arresting another woman for theft at the same store.
Police were dispatched to Walmart for a report of two women in custody for theft around 12:25 p.m and received another call about another shoplifter leaving the area in a vehicle.
Officers located and stopped a vehicle on Lakeland Boulevard. Police found a 26-year-old Euclid woman who loaded a baby stroller with several six packs of Red Bull and left the store.
The Red Bull taken from the store is valued at $89.40.
The woman was taken into custody and charged with theft and driving under suspension. She did make a phone call for someone to come retrieve her baby.
Police also took the 58-year-old mother and 26-year-old daughter, both of Eastlake, into custody for theft. Both attempted to remove $131.73 worth of bakery goods and clothing from Walmart.
Family members posted $404 cash bond for each of the three taken into custody.
