Driver pulled over in Mentor found with guns, machete

MENTOR, Ohio - Mentor police pulled over a driver Friday near Painesville Township of a reported road rage incident and found more than just an angry drive.

The 71-year-old male was in possession of a loaded 45 caliber Glock handgun, a mini revolver, a rifle, ammunition, and a machete, according to the Mentor Police Facebook page.

Police say a woman called Mentor police after the driver struck her vehicle on Route 2 in Painesville Township.

The driver was charged with three counts of carrying concealed weapons (felony) and one count of carrying a concealed weapon (misdemeanor).
