PAINESVILLE, Ohio - A Highland Heights couple could possibly be changing their address soon.
Mike Caine became the winner of the 20th Lake County YMCA Dream House Sunday.
The dream home is located in Mountainside Farms in Concord.
In a press release Mike said "We would like to take the house, its gorgeous and with our baby on the way the nursery is great. We are so excited. We've always loved the Y and supported the Dream House project. We can't believe we won!"
Caine and his wife Amy now can decide to either keep the house and its furnishings, or take a $200,000 cash prize.
Along with the dream house contest, a 2013 Chevy Cruze was awarded by drawing to Jennifer Zivick.
Since 1993, proceeds from the Dream House project have exceeded $3.8 million (approximately $200,000 per year) providing the Y with the tools needed to enrich the lives of its members and program participants at each Lake County Y branch (Central-Painesville, West End-Willoughby, East End-Madison, and Perry's Outdoor Family Center).
