On April 16 at  8:30 a.m., a sleeping woman in the 1200 block of East 346th Street woke up to the sound of banging on the front and rear doors, police reported.

Police said the woman then heard male voices in the home. The woman, a guest of the homeowner who was not home, confronted the men and learned one of the suspects was armed with a hand gun. The men fled the home through the rear door they had kicked in, but not before the victim was able to obtain a vehicle description.

Willoughby Hills police found the vehicle shortly after and arrested the occupants.

Eastlake police responded to the location and took 19-year-old Mark Kozlevchar into custody. Kozlevchar was charged with burglary.

Police also arrested 20-year-old Dylan Ludvik, who was charged with complicity to burglary.

A third male juvenile involved also has charges pending through juvenile court, according to police.
