SR 608 between SR 608 and 528 was shut down in Middlefield Saturday morning due to a water main break, according to an Ohio Department of Transportation spokesperson.
Motorists are to use either SR 87 or SR 528 as an alternative route while crews work to reopen SR 608. Motorists are also being warned to keep an eye on slick conditions in the area, as the water main break has turned to ice.
