NORTH OLMSTED, Ohio - Prosecutors are deciding whether charges should be filed against a woman who allegedly urinated in a North Olmsted tanning booth at least four times.
North Olmsted police said the owner of Soleil Tanning and Salon on Lorain Road called officers last Thursday after the customer came in and left behind urine in a stand-up tanning booth.
The owner explained to police that the chart for this particular customer says to check the booth before and after she leaves to see if she urinated in the booth.
The salon records given to police showed the same woman apparently urinated in the booth on Sept. 20, 21, 24 and on Oct. 18.
Officers said they contacted the suspect and read her her rights.
"The customer stated she had been tanning there for four years and has never had a problem. The customer stated she had never urinated in any booths and knows the salon has a restroom and would use the restroom when needed," stated the officer in the police report.
It's not clear yet what charges the woman would be facing. Her name has not been released.
