Westlake Rite Aid worker accused of printing $11,000 in lottery tickets for herself without paying

WESTLAKE, Ohio - A worker at the Rite Aid in Westlake is accused of printing $11,000 worth of Ohio Lottery tickets without paying.

Westlake police said 23-year-old Kristin Frank, of Middleburgh Heights, had been keeping tickets for herself since April.

An investigation by store management and the Ohio Lottery Commission resulted in her arrested on Nov. 14. She faces charges for felony theft and the police report said she admitted to stealing the lottery tickets.

Frank's friend, 22-year-old Holly Zinck, of Brook Park, sometimes cashed out the winning tickets, police said. She was arrested for complicity to felony theft the next day.

Both were taken to the Cuyahoga County Jail.
