CLEVELAND - The two homes to the west of Ariel Castro's home will be demolished Monday.
The two homes were inspected Friday and will be cleared Monday, August 26 according to Cleveland City Councilman Brian Cummins.
Ariel Castro held three Cleveland women captive for a decade, fathering a child with one of the women during their time in his home located at 2207 Seymour Avenue.
Castro's home was demolished earlier this month with his own funds located inside of the house after the women were found. The remaining funds are being used to knock down the two homes to the west of 2207 Seymour Avenue and to create a park in the area.
