FBI agents have followed hundreds of leads about the man they believe abducted a young Cleveland girl in May and tried to snatch an Elyria girl three months earlier.  But, so far, none have led them to the suspect.

Last week, agents revealed that a social media app may have played a role in the man abducting a 6 year old from her Cleveland home and breaking into an Elyria home through a window and trying to grab a 10 year old girl.

FBI agents do not know who the man is but they do know, agents said, that he is dangerous. Police are in a race against time to find him, before he finds another child to abduct.

FBI agents said the man was driving a 2002 or 2003 Chevy Malibu in May, the driver's side fender was a different color.

"We are determined to get this guy identified," said Special Agent Vicki Anderson.

Police believe other children are in danger because the suspect is not in custody. The man was caught on camera days before FBI agents said he snatched the girl from her West 104th Street neighborhood. He dropped her off hours later but it's where he took her and the details that she described that agents hope someone will remember.

"She was taken to a house. There was a man and women. There was chicken being cooked," said Anderson. She added that one of the people called the man for lunch, he left the bedroom, got the chicken and came back. Shortly after, through the door, they couple told the man they were leaving.

Anderson said the two people in the house did not know the little girl was in the bedroom but believe those two people saw the suspect's car parked in the driveway of that home. The couple could be the key to identifying the man.

A reward of $20,000 is being offered. If you have information about this case, call the Cleveland FBI at 216-522-1400.
