Police responded to a call that a man armed with a handgun ordered a woman into a car on Detroit Road near Linda Street. The caller provided a description of the vehicle and passengers in the car including the man in question and the victim.

Police found a car that matched the description and after pulling it over they found a handgun and illegal drugs among other contraband. They also found the victim, a 26-year-old woman from Cleveland, safe and unharmed.

Authorities arrested Theodore F Turay, 30, of Parma, John W. Mann, 64 of Parma Heights, and Regina M. Capobianco, 49 of Parma Heights in connection with the incident.

According to police, the victim had a prior relationship and a dispute over property with at least one of the people arrested.
