Teenaged boy shot early Sunday morning in Cleveland, arrests made

CLEVELAND - Police made two arrests after a teenaged boy was shot early Sunday morning on the east side of Cleveland.

Officer said the 16-year-old victim was found with a gunshot wound to the lower leg around 4:30 a.m. in the area of E. 131st Street and Miles Avenue.

Paramedics transported the teen to MetroHealth Medical center to be treated.

It was determined the victim was shot at another location and then fled to E. 131st St.

Officer said they arrested two males in connection with the shooting two hours later.

Names were not released.
