CLEVELAND - A man flagged down police for help overnight after being shot on the east side of Cleveland.
At approximately 3 a.m. Saturday, the 25-year-old victim flagged down officers at the Rapid Stop gas station located at 1712 E. 55th Street, according to Cleveland police.
Police said they responded to the area after hearing multiple shots fired. Officers pulled into the gas station, saw the victim bleeding from the chest and then called paramedics.
The 25-year-old victim was transported to MetroHealth Medical Center with gunshot wounds to his chest and arm. Police said he is listed in critical condition.
No arrests have been made. The shooting is under investigation.
