Buses will replace trains on the Waterfront line, according to the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority on Monday.
The Red, Blue and Green lines are back in service after being closed Monday morning.
The Waterfront line is expected to be running by 8:30 a.m.
Radio communication caused the switch. But the Waterfront line had previously scheduled rail repair work.
