The ramp at Interstate 480 westbound to I-71 was reopened after a single car cash closed it Friday morning.
Ohio State Highway Patrol said one car was involved in the crash and someone was likely injured.
The ramp was closed for about an hour and was severely backed up.
The ramp was reopened just before 9 a.m., according to the Ohio Department of Transportation.
