SOLON, Ohio - A Solon "Electro Foam" party with several hundred teens in attendance ended with five adults charged and five juveniles detained.
Solon police responded to a party at Grantwood Golf Course in Solon just before midnight Saturday.
Police said several hundred teens, ages 16 to 19, were in attendance. Some were arrested for drinking. Police said they observed sexual activity, alcohol and evidence of drug abuse.
Timothy Duran, 18, of Solon, and Andrew Krall, 19, of Pennsylvania, were charged with drug abuse. Michael O'Maley, 18, of Shaker Heights, was charged with underage consumption. Cameron Greene, 19, of Macedonia, was charged with underage possession of alcohol, obstructing official business and illegal possession of drug paraphernalia. Michael Paul, 19, of Macedonia, was charged with underage possession of alcohol.
Five juveniles were detained and referred to the Solon juvenile officer.
Police said this was the second time they have responded to a party at this location. They are still working to find out who is responsible for throwing these parties.
