A male victim was allegedly shot multiple times in the chest at point blank range in Cleveland Tuesday night by a man he was recording rap songs with over drugs, according to Cleveland police witness reports.
An argument broke out before the incident, the reports stated.
The victim was unresponsive and being treated by EMS when officers responded to 4500 Miles Avenue at around 7:40 p.m., officers reported.
The suspect, who reportedly goes by "Designer Drug Pete," is described as in his 20's and was wearing a red hoodie. He fled the scene in what was possibly a white sedan, according to authorities.
Cleveland police detectives are continuing an investigation into the incident.
