Multiple people were injured in a two-car crash at the intersection of South Green Road and Chagrin Boulevard in Beachwood late Thursday.
Beachwood police said none of the injuries appeared to life-threatening. The exact number of people injured was not released.
The Valley Enforcement Accident Investigation Unit spent the early morning hours Friday reconstructing the crash.
The crash was so violent that it tore an axle from one of the cars. A rearview mirror was found in the street.
A long skid mark was seen in a northbound lane on South Green Road. One of the cars may have tried to stop before the crash.
Beachwood Police said they would be releasing more information Friday.
