The Lake County Grand Jury has released a 16-count indictment against Juan Manuel Razo Ramirez.
The Lake County Prosecutor said Razo, 36, of Painesville, was indicted for the July 27 aggravated murder of Margaret 'Peggy'Kostelnik. The indictment included the Grand Jury finding and specifying six death penalty specifications to the charge.

Other charges in the indictment included kidnapping, aggravated burglary, aggravated robbery, felonious assault, rape of Kostelnik, the attempted rape of a minor, the attempted murder of Mary Kable, and the attempted murder of Ohio peace officers Captain Carl Dondorfer, Sergeant Patrick Patterson, and/or Detective Steve Deardowski.

Razo is currently being held in the Lake County Jail on a $10 million bond set by the Painesville Municipal Court.
