Indians, O.A.R., Summer in the City, Cleveland's Got Sole: What's exciting this weekend?

CLEVELAND - The summer solstice is finally here giving you maximum amount of daylight to get outside to enjoy some of the great activities in Cleveland this weekend.

Indians Game

The arch rival Detroit Tigers come to Progressive Field for a three-game weekend series against the Tribe. The Indians are currently two games behind the Tigers for second place in the American League Central Division but boast the best home record in baseball at 23 and 12. It's dollar dog night at the park tonight and fireworks will follow the game, so bring the family out and enjoy America's past time. First pitch is at 7:05 p.m.

O.A.R. Concert

Jacobs Pavilion at Nautica will be rocking tonight as Maryland rock band O.A.R. along with former American Idol champ Phillip Phillips roll into town for a one night only show. O.A.R. is celebrated world-wide for their live performances and its not too late to get tickets . The show starts at 6:45 p.m. 

Summer in the City

The annual Summer in the City Festival returned to Middleburg Heights on Thursday and will stick around through Saturday, giving all the opportunity to enjoy free concerts and amusement park rides. The event is free of charge and will keep blasting away until 11 p.m. on Saturday night. Don't miss out.

Cleveland's Got Sole

If you're a fan of sneaker and vintage shoes, you need to be at Quicken Loans Arena this Sunday at noon for the annual "Cleveland's Got Sole" showcase. Be one of the 3,000 people expected to attend for your chance to buy, trade or simply browse through thousands of new and vintage sneakers. Tickets start at $10.

Tre Sorelle Summer Style Show

The annual Summer Style Show returns to Tre Sorelle in Little Italy at Shooters on Sunday. The day will kick off with a cigar party in the afternoon followed by a bikini runway show under the theme "Miami Vice". Tickets are $10 if purchased before hand or $15 the day of.

Watch the World Cup

After a thriller victory in their opener against Ghana, the United States National Team got a jump start in the World Cup. Now they are on to their next task against a tough Portugal team featuring one of the best players in the world, Christiano Ronaldo. If the U.S. can pull out another victory, it is likely they will advance to the knock out stage. Kick-off is at 6 p.m on Sunday.

Third Person (Rated R) -- Three interlocking love stories involving three love couples in three cities: Rome, Paris and New York. Starring Liam Neeson, James Franco, Mila Kunis and Olivia Wilde.
