STRONGSVILLE, Ohio - Thousands of people at SouthPark Mall in Strongsville were able to enjoy the many festivities that were part of the WEWS NewsChannel5 second annual School Expo.

Adults, parents and students packed booths for NewsChannel5's School Expo, the largest education event in northeast Ohio.

More than 30 schools and programs took part in the NewsChannel5 School Expo, showing there's a lot more choices these days when it comes to education. Booths showcased online opportunities and private schools.

Anchors Danita Harris, Chris Flanagan, Andy Baskin, Leon Bibb, Lee Jordan, Tracy Carloss, Macie Jepson and Josh Boose were there as well as Meteorologists Tera Blake, Mark Johnson and Traffic Reporter Jackie Zabielski. All of the WEWS talent pitched in to hand out prizes as attendees spun the WEWS prize wheel. People were able to take home NewsChannel5 cups, tumblers, mugs, tshirts, tote bags, and more.

Kids and adults were also able to have some fun at our Chroma Key wall with Tera Blake as they all posed for pictures with our weather board. The crowd enjoyed watching students show off their outfits in the School Expo fashion show and there was even a mini-flash mob!

WEWS NewsChannel5 thanks all of our exhibitors and all attendees who came out to SouthPark Mall to attend our School Expo. We can't wait to see everyone again next year!
