The Ohio Department of Transportation reports the right lane of I-90 eastbound at McKinley in Cuyahoga County is now open. It was closed Monday morning as crews were working to clear drains in the area due to high water.
All lanes of I-90 westbound at Prospect Avenue are now open. ODOT closed its right lane in the morning because of high water.
