The Northern Ohio Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information leading to the capture of fugitive Estephen 'Steve' Castellon.
Castellon is wanted for rape by the U.S. Marshals Service and Lakewood Police Department.
According to police, the rape took place on August 21 and the victim is in her late teens.
Holloway is a 35-year-old white male standing at approximately 5’08” and weighs 180 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes and his last known address was in the area of Bucyrus and State Road. He also has ties to Cleveland Heights, Brooklyn, New York, and southern California.
