Former choir director at Westlake United Methodist Church sentenced for coercing women into sex

WESTLAKE, Ohio - The former choir director at Westlake United Methodist Church has been sentenced for getting women drunk to have sex with him.

Kevin Foster, 37, will spend the next 60 days behind bars for the crimes and pay a $1,000 fine.

According to Patch.com, Foster would serve 18-year-olds alcohol on the church premises and then have sex with them.

Westlake police also tell Patch.com that Foster taught music lessons at his home.

Prosecutors said instead of the 18-year-olds being able to enhance their music careers, Foster "coerced them into having sex" with him at his house on Arthur Avenue.

In court, Foster said he takes full responsibility for this actions.
