Eastlake man dies in Cleveland motorcycle crash

A 34-year-old Eastlake man died in Cleveland Wednesday morning after a motorcycle accident at around 12:45 a.m.

Jesse Palton was found at the state Route 71 North ramp to Interstate 90 West, according to the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's office.
 
He was pronounced dead on the scene at 12:53 a.m. Palton had a severe head injury and multiple fractures to his legs and right arm; and he was not wearing a helmet, according to police.
 
Palton rode a 2007 Honda onto the ramp, he lost control of the it in the curve, police said. He reportedly went onto the right shoulder and struck a guard rail before being ejected onto the road.
 
His Honda continued riderless along the concrete barrier before coming to a rest.
