WESTLAKE, Ohio - A Westlake woman's Jack Russell Terrier has been a victim of attacks by a coyote twice in the last three months, our news partners at Westlake Patch report .
Patty Wilde's dog, Johhny Boy, was bit on both sides by coyotes in her own Hilliard Boulevard backyard.
She said the dog's quickness may have saved his life. Wilde also said she used a flashlight to scare the coyotes.
Johnny Boy was taken to a veterinarian who cleaned out his puncture wounds. He is now doing fine.
