An 18-year-old man accused of sexual assaulting a woman and threatening to shoot her at a Rapid Transportation Authority station was arrested overnight, according to Cleveland jail officials.
Delvonte Philpott is charged with rape for the Feb. 20 assault of a 20-year-old woman.
Philpott forced the woman to perform oral sex on him while he threatened her with a gun at the RTA station on East 116th Street, according to a warrant filed in Cleveland Municipal Court five days after the alleged assault.
He was not in police custody as of Wednesday.
