Changes made to RTA bus route schedules

CLEVELAND - Some Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority riders will see changes made to bus route schedules starting Sunday.

RTA officials said 23 bus routes will be affected with changes of consolidating buses, extending daytime trip hours and etc. The change is a part of the fall quarterly service adjustments.

"We are increasing the frequency of service to some routes due to more ridership," said an RTA official. "There will also be better transfers at Windermere and West Park Rapid stations."

The next service adjustments will be made in December for the winter.
