Burton resident to compete on 'Let's Ask America' this Thursday night

CLEVELAND - Burton resident Vinson Trehame, 44, will compete to win up to $50,000 on this Thursday night's episode of the TV game show "Let's Ask America."

"Let's Ask America" is the TV game show where contestants can win money from the comfort of their own homes. Four contestants are chosen to play the game via Skype, answering questions about fun and irreverent topics to find out what people are thinking.

Trehame's wife signed him up to be on the show. When they found out he was chosen to be a contestant, they laughed together and started planning how silly they would act on the show.

"My wife thought it would be funny to see me on TV," Trehame said. "I had never been on a game show before. I thought it would be fun. My family started planning all kinds of pranks they would pull while the show was filming."

Trehame said he is always glad to try something new and being on the game show was definitely an experience he won't forget.
