A major construction project is finally moving forward, although slowly, after being delayed by a tiny, endangered bat.
BROOKLYN, Ohio - American Greetings laid off about 30 employees Wednesday.
A company spokesperson, Patrice Sadd, said the cuts are scattered through different departments and part of the overall strategic focus of the company.
The company said all associates will be offered a severance package and outplacement services.
American Greetings announced in May it would be moving its headquarters from Brooklyn to Crocker Park in Westlake within the next three years.
