Ginn Sr. said the family was notified around 3 a.m.

Russell was scheduled to graduate this year from Ginn Academy.

The gas station owner told newsnet5.com witnesses reported there was an argument outside the gas station near the bus stop on Superior Avenue, seconds before the shooting took place.
