CLEVELAND - Michael Madison, accused of killing three women and leaving their bodies in East Cleveland, appeared in court for a pretrial hearing Tuesday morning.
The judge decided to honor Madison's request to wear plain clothes. Madison will not, however, be allowed to remain unrestrained.
The 35-year-old was indicted on 14 counts including six counts of aggravated murder, in connection to the deaths of Angela Deskins, Shetisha Sheeley and Shirellda Terry.
Madison also faces three counts of kidnapping, three counts of gross abuse of a corpse, one count of rape and one count of having weapons under a disability.
