Three people have been charged with aggravated murder in the death of a 63-year-old man at a Euclid senior community apartment building.

According to court documents, 20-year-old Ryan Motley of Cleveland, 47-year-old Eddie Brownlee of Cleveland and 51-year-old Sheila McFarland of Willoughby are charged with aggravated murder, murder, felonious assault and other charges in connection to the death of Robert Williams.

Williams was fatally shot at the Indian Hills senior community apartments on Nov. 14. A 911 caller reported hearing gunfire after Williams was attacked.

Court documents allege that McFarland solicited Motley for Williams' murder and that she assisted Motley in obtaining a firearm to commit the murder.

Motley allegedly waited in an internal stairwell of one of the buildings until he spotted Williams on Nov. 14. Then, records state, he confronted Williams and shot him.

Williams was found dead in the hallway.

All three suspects are expected to be arraigned in Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court Dec. 24.
