20-year-old stabbed to death in East Cleveland

CLEVELAND - A 20-year-old man is dead after a stabbing in East Cleveland Wednesday night.

East Cleveland police said they learned of the incident in the 1500 block of Belmar Road at 11:39 p.m.

The victim, K Wan De Shawn Cook, was taken to University Hospitals where he was pronounced dead.

A suspected was arrested in connection with the deadly stabbing.

The name of the suspect will be released pending charges from the East Cleveland Prosecutor's Office.
