Two people have been indicted in the murder of a witness to the triple homicide at a Warrensville Heights barbershop last February.

Douglas Shine and Kevin McKinney were both indicted this week on numerous charges, including aggravated murder, murder, aggravated burglary and attempted aggravated murder.

Shine is currently in jail awaiting trial for the murders of Walter Lee Barfield, Brandon White and William Gonzalez at Chalk Linez barbershop last year.

According to court documents, after he was arrested for murder, Shine worked with McKinney to orchestrate the killing of one of the witnesses in the barbershop shooting—32-year-old Aaron Ladson, also known as "Pudge."

Ladson was shot in the head in the driveway of his grandmother's house in June 2015, months after his brother, Brandon White, was gunned down in the barbershop.

Court documents state Shine hired McKinney to orchestrate the killing Ladson after identifying him as a witness last April. Then, after the murder, Shine allegedly coordinated with McKinney to hide the evidence.

The indictment only lists the identities of the people who killed Ladson as "unindicted co-conspirator #2" and "unindicted co-conspirator #3."
