Cleveland police have responded to a shooting on Itasca Avenue on the Eastside of Cleveland in which a 15-year-old boy was shot.
According to reports, the boy was shot in the chest, possibly due to kids playing with a gun.
The boy's condition is currently unknown. He was shot around 2:30 p.m. and was transported to Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital by EMS.
