Cuyahoga County experienced 12 fatal overdoses in six days that were due to heroin, fentanyl or a combination of both, the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner reported Thursday.
The fatalities happened from March 30 through April 4. Five of the deaths occurred in Cleveland. And each of these cities had one death: Elyria, Parma, Richmond Heights, Fairview Park, Lakewood, Euclid and Lorain.

The examiner had no fruther details to report while the cases are still under investigation and testing.
