Jonah Locke of Lakewood is under arrest for public indecency after allegedly exposing himself to two Ashland girls and a woman, according to police.
Locke is a registered sex offender and is being held in the Ashland County Jail on one count of public indecency, police stated.
Authorities said Locke has been identified as the man who exposed his genitals to a 10-year-old girl and another juvenile girl in Ashland on April 25.
On Friday, Locke fled from officers who caught him hiding in a garage on the 100 block of East Walnut Street shortly after he had exposed himself to a woman in the 1100 block of East Main Street, according to police.
Ashland sheriff's officers assisted Ashland police in Locke's arrest.
Additional charges are possible, pending the Ashland County prosecutor's review of the cases.
