New lawsuit filed against Jimmy Haslam's Pilot Flying J company alleging cheating

Nebraska trucking company joins others

A new lawsuit has been filed by a Nebraska trucker alleging he was cheated of promised fuel rebates by Jimmy Haslam's Pilot Flying J company.

Paul Otto is a resident of Wisner, Nebraska and, similar to allegations in at least 10 other complaints, seeks class action status to recover damages incurred by "withholding tens of millions of dollars in diesel fuel price rebates and discounts from customers since at least 2005."

The class action complaint was filed in U.S. District Court in Nashville, Tenn.

Haslam has consistently said he was unaware of any wrongdoing and has been working with trucking companies to pay back any rebates that may have been improperly withheld.
