After months of planning, and some would say years, the Republican National Convention is over for the city.

Cleveland was prepared for the worst, making sure to have thousands of law enforcement officers on duty and extra staffing around the clock.

Reporter Nick Foley said the city had more than 1,000 police officers mobilized throughout the week and hundreds of others from across the country were alongside them every step. But, some may argue that the RNC in Cleveland went about as well as it could have gone.

A City of Cleveland briefing is scheduled for 10 a.m. on Friday. Officials are expected to give an update on the timeline for the rest of the construction breakdown.
