Friday is the fifth day protesters have been out in the city since the decision came down from the Grand Jury not to indict the two officers involved in the fatal shooting of 12-year-old Tamir Rice.
Reporter John Kosich was at the scene and said there are about 120 people protesting at Impet Park on West 153rd Street. They are remaining peaceful.
This week, Cleveland police have continued to allow protesters to block streets and break the law.
The group 'Justice for Tamir' said 'Tamir's spirit can't rest until McGinty is out of office.' The group said Friday while protesting that they plan to visit Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Timothy McGinty at his home.
McGinty also took the opportunity to urge residents and community leaders to take up against realistic toy guns like the one Tamir Rice had when he was shot and killed.
