CLEVELAND - Troopers seized drugs from a Cleveland man during a traffic stop in Cuyahoga County Wednesday.
They said they stopped a 1997 Ford Thunderbird with Ohio registration for an improper lane change violation in the city of Cleveland at 7:53 p.m.
During the stop, marijuana was observed in plain view and an ounce of crack cocaine was found on him during a probable cause search, according to the highway patrol.
The driver, Willis J. Bell, 31, was put in the Cleveland City Jail, and charged with possession of crack cocaine and aggravated drug trafficking, both first-degree felonies.
If convicted, Bell could face as many as 20 years in prison and as much as a $40,000 fine.
