CLEVELAND - One of the two people arrested in connection with the murder of a 26-year-old mother of three is scheduled to face a judge and jury Monday.
Cleveland police said Angel Bradley-Crockett was strangled for her clothes and jewelry after a minor accident back in April 2010.
Her body was then dumped on the side of the Interstate 90 near the Lorain Road exit, but two Cleveland police officers mistook it for a dead deer.
Stephon Davis and Latesha Santos were arrested and charged with her murder.
An indictment later released stated that after the accident, Bradley-Crocket was lured by the suspects to a secluded area and then murdered.
Davis' trial is scheduled to start Monday. Keep checking newsnet5.com for more information.
