PUBLIC SQUARE

The Cleveland Foundation is offering free ice skating in Public Square on Valentine's Day, from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. Skate rentals will be free, and guests can sign up for 45-minute time slots. Up to 150 people will get to skate each time slot throughout the evening.

MID PRICE:

COQUETTE PATISSERIE

Coquette Patisserie in University Circle is hosting their fourth annual Mini-Peti party where they will serve flights of five grower champagnes paired with five pastries for $40. Guests can also choose three of the five for $25.

THE RITZ-CARLTON CLEVELAND

The Ritz-Carlton Cleveland's Muse Restaurant is serving their Farmer's Market Menu throughout February. This month's ingredient: Chocolate. The three-course meal will begin with a Chocolate Texas Chili, with chocolate jalapeno cornbread croutons, followed by Rubbed Pork Tenderloin served with Oaxaca mole sauce, black beans, and rice avocado salad. Dessert is a trio of Chocolate Mousse with a Chocolate and Raspberry sauce.

The restaurant is also serving specialty cocktails, including the French Kiss, the Sweet Valentine, and the Sparkling Romance - all made with champagne. Three courses will cost $45, add wine pairings for $60.

THE HILTON CLEVELAND

For another option, the Hilton is offering themed drinks at Bar 32, high above the city with views of downtown and Lake Erie. The Burnham restaurant, located inside the hotel, has a small plate of Tuna Tartare and large entree plates of a 10 oz New York Strip Steak, Coriander Rubbed Duck Breast, Miso Marinated Black Bass, and Vegetarian Pot Pie.
