The second suspect in the 2014 murder of a former Kansas State football player was arrested Tuesday.

According to the U.S. Marshals Norther Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force, 27-year-old Jean Blevins was taken into custody during a traffic stop near Madison Avenue and Berea Road in Cleveland.

Blevins and his brother, Barry, were allegedly involved in the shooting death of former football player David Garrett outside of the Lavish Lounge on West 117th Street in October 2014. Garrett was shot in the chest.

Barry was previously arrested and pleaded guilty to voluntary manslaughter. He was sentenced to 14 years in prison.
