With the election just months away, many Americans are unhappy with the candidates who will likely be selected as the Republican and Democratic nominees.

Some U.S. citizens are even threatening to move out of the country if Donald Trump or Hillary Clinton get elected.

"I have to stay," said Northeast Ohio resident Sara Mauser. "I wish I could. I wish I could leave the country."

And that growing chatter surrounding this year's presidential campaign is prompting a local real estate agent to speak out.

"I think there's a lot of people concerned and probably frustrated," said Stasek.

So now his company is putting up their first billboard.

It reads: "Leaving the country if Trump or Hillary are elected. WE'LL GET YOUR HOUSE SOLD!"

Still, Stasek admits he knows most people won't actually leave the country. And he says this is a marketing move rather than a political statement.

"I'm not advocating for the left or the right," said Stasek. "I'm really stating that if you are someone who is frustrated and are thinking about leaving our great country, we'll be happy to help you get your house sold."
