CLEVELAND - Family and friends of Kevin Taylor Sr. are holding a rally Sunday night asking for an investigation into their loved one's hit-skip death.
The rally will be held at 6:30 p.m. at The Pit in Richmond Heights.
Family members say Taylor was struck by a car and knocked down. The blow caused him to hit his head resulting in his death.
On Monday, Taylor's family and friends will host a vigil at 7:30 p.m. on Corsica Avenue to remember him and ask police to launch an investigation. The family believes his death should be treated as a homicide.
